Yes. We operate an open-door policy for enrolled parents — we don’t keep restricted visiting hours, and you’re welcome to visit during any working hour. We simply ask that you schedule a time or let us know in advance. That’s for the same reason our doors stay locked and every visitor is checked against an approved list: the only people who come through are people we’ve confirmed belong here.
Yes — a security camera in every classroom, not only in entryways or hallways.
No. Our teachers work in teams, so no adult is ever isolated with the children, and staff support and monitor one another. Our directors also conduct regular unannounced audits of every classroom.
We keep a daily sign-in sheet, a daily transition log each time a child moves between rooms or staff, and head counts throughout the day.
Every staff member undergoes background checks and fingerprinting to New York State requirements, along with rigorous reference checks, before working with children. Screening is continuous, and background checks are renewed annually — not just at the time of hire.
All staff receive mandatory, ongoing training in pediatric CPR and First Aid, safe sleep practices, child abuse recognition and prevention, and positive behavioral redirection.
The NYC Department of Health and the Department of Education conduct periodic checks. In addition, our directors carry out regular unannounced classroom audits.
All exterior doors are locked at all times. Entry is by secure keypad for enrolled parents and staff, or by manual verification at the front desk. Anyone who is not a regular enrolled parent or staff member must present government-issued ID and be cross-checked against your approved visitor list. Our classrooms are also designed with high visibility to minimize blind spots.
We strictly adhere to — and frequently exceed — state-mandated teacher-to-child ratios, so every classroom is thoroughly monitored and no child is overlooked.
Through our secure parent app you receive daily logs covering meals, naps, and diaper changes or potty breaks, along with photos and short videos of your child. You can also message your child’s teaching team directly during business hours.
Yes — we’re a member of QUALITYstarsNY, New York’s early-childhood quality-rating system, and we’ve served Midtown families for over 21 years.
We provides a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children 12 weeks to 5 years of age.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We provide full-day and half day care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers.
Yes! Our part-time/hourly programs are designed to introduce children 12 months (walking) to 6 years to their peers while engaging in fun curriculum-based activities in a structured environment.
Yes! We serve hot meals and nutritious snacks. We work with our food catering partner to serve foods in accordance with Department of Health and Mental Hygiene guidelines. Weekly menus are emailed to parents every Friday.
The registration process will require the following: Health and Immunization form, Immunization Record for all children being enrolled, and child & adolescent health examination form. The registration process usually takes between one to two hours. There are many forms required for the registration of your child(ren). We like to answer as many questions as possible during your enrollment and provide information on our safety procedures and other important items which are applicable at the time of registration.
Yes, your child can bring his/her favorite blanket to school, however their favorite toy should be left at home to prevent damage or loss of the item. We offer special events where children can share items with their classmates.
Yes! During your registration process, we do an interview with you to learn the techniques you use at home to soothe your child. Whenever possible, we use the same techniques that work for your child at home.
Yes! All children have their own cubby for their items located in each of the classrooms.
We want your child to be healthy while at our center. To ensure he/she stays healthy, we require that children do not attend school until they are fever-free for 24-hours – this helps keep your child and their classmates healthy.
We implemented stringent security measures to protect against unauthorized access to the classroom cameras. All of our web cam systems use encryption to protect usernames and passwords.
Yes! A member of our Care Team will be supervising your child at all times – even during quiet or nap time. We also adheres to Infant Safe Sleep guidelines and has implemented other policies for older children to have the safest possible environment while in our care.

We accept check or cash for payments. Continuing tuition payments are processed through Tuition Express electronic payments ( it will be launched soon) . We do not accept credit card and money orders for payments at this time.
